$1.15/Hanging lb. – Rancher’s Cut Order

- Cube Steaks
- Boneless Sirloin Steaks
- Ribeyes
- Boneless NY Strip Steaks
- Tenderloin Fillet Steaks
- Roasts (Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Tri Tip)
- Brisket
- Ground Beef
- Short Ribs
- 10 lbs. Stew Meat
- Flank Steak (tenderized)
- Skirt Steak (tenderized)
- Options/May add – Patties (@ $1/lb), Bones, Organ Meat
- Customer Specifies: Steak Thickness and Per Package, Roast Weights, Ground Beef Weights
